If you have specific questions about family law forms that you have already begun filling out, this Forms Lab will have an attorney who may be able to answer them for you.
There are many family Law court forms available – but it’s not always easy to understand or fill them out. KCLL is partnering with local attorneys and the King County Bar Association to offer guidance in our Family Law Forms Drafting Lab.
The attorney is not there to give you legal advice or tell you what you should do in your case. Rather, they can help explain what some of the legal terminology means. For instance: “What is this question looking for?” What does this word mean?”
Please remember:
- You MUST bring your own forms – and have begun filling them out
- Help is provided on a first-come, first-served basis (no pre-registration)
- There are no interpreters available
