EP & Probate Title

October 22 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm PDT

Hit a roadblock in planning for your estate and end of life care?

Then the latest installment of our Legal Research for Self-Represented Litigants series is for you. Planning for the managing of your estate and end of life care can be overwhelming, but the King County Law Library has resources to make it easier for you to understand and plan.

Our Estate Planning & Probate session will go over where to find the laws, regulations, court rules, and secondary resources that govern wills, probate, power of attorneys and other estate planning matters.

This class is part of our new virtual Legal Research for Self-Represented Litigants series. This hour-long virtual session will provide an overview of library resources and databases that can be used to conduct legal research on planning for your estate and end of life matters.

This session will provide a broad overview of available resources for ensuring your estate and wishes will be taken care of after you are gone. This class will be most helpful for individuals who want to gain a better understanding of the resources the library has available for making plans for after your death.

This class does not provide legal advice, only information on legal topics.
