The program, sponsored by the Washington State Attorney General’s office, helps with negotiations between manufactured home tenants and their landlords as they work out housing disputes. It specifically helps tenants who own their own homes but pay rent for the lots the homes sit on. The types of disputes the Program can assist with include:
- Utilities
- Rental agreements and rent increase amounts
- Lot fees
- Park rules enforcement
