The Calculator is based on the Washington State Child Support Schedule laws found in Chapter 26.19 RCW and the worksheets and instructions developed by the Administrative Office of the Courts. The Calculator can be used to estimate the amount of child support that might be ordered in your case. It is meant to be advisory only. The superior court judge, court commissioner, or administrative law judge has the final authority to determine the amount of child support ordered.
